Today I have some very sad news. Kills me to say this, but...
Trail-Recon is shutting down.

The partnership between Alec and I has come to an end. Alec will be starting a new website of his own and all the recorded trail info is going with him so none of the trail mapping data has been lost. Keep an eye out for it, I am sure it will be nice. update: www.4x4trailtalk.com is now up and running

There is no longer a trail database here so if there is any info you need you can email me and I should still have any files you may want.

I have sent out an email to those that still had an active subscription in regards to refunding you. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder or shoot me an email at trailrecon-contact@yahoo.com

IMPORTANT: I am shutting off all recurring payments from this end but please go into your paypal and be sure you cancel any recurring payments to trail-recon that may still be set up in your account.

I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each of you in all your various personalities. I hope those I have met locally will stay in touch to wheel from time to time. It absolutely eats me up to see this place closing. It was a dream of mine for a while and I was really impressed by how it was growing and taking on its own life.

I really want to apologize about the abrupt end today. I would have preferred it to not be so sudden so we could have time to chat.
